Refund Policy
At V-Hair Salon, all services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 14 days of the original service. Adjustments do not apply if you change your mind about the style, visit another salon, or do not follow aftercare instructions.
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and accompanied by a receipt. Opened or used products are final sale.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations without proper notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
